Anyway thanks for the Dlux & Pana comparison, which is why I got here in the first place !! I got my Dlux 4 today from Leica and am not sure if I like it yet...it has that point and shoot lens look...I have a Leica DigiLux 2, which I love, at least the lens (AF is slow) but all those pics are fab...aside from the simple traditional operation...we'll see if I should keep the Dlux4. I really want a DSLR but cannot make up my mind between Canon or Nikon, and then maybe shoot with a few older Leica lenses with adapter ring. Ever tried that? Also check out Leica's website they have a firmware upgrade available now for the Dlux4 it enhances AWB processing.<BR/><BR/>Allright...cheers from New York...happy shoooting...MartyMartin P.
